My guess is that this is similar to a “situation” that I saw before. An ex-girlfriend used to wear shirts like that over her bikini. When we’d be on our way home from the beach or a pool, she’d slip that on as a “cover-up.” A few times we’d get home and she’d want to wash the bikini, but not change clothes completely. She’d do that magic trick that they do of removing the bra from under a shirt. We went to get take-out or beer with her titties jigglin’ more than a few times.
