It always seems that the girls with the smaller tits loose their halter-tops. They don’t have those larger lumps in their chest to stop their top from slipping down. The pic is actually Jessica from the UK band LibertyX who were runners up in the Popstars : The Rivals talent show. The pic is from when Richard Branson decided to give them a record contract and the band had a champagne fight with him at the press conference.
